How do I track my package?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package. In some cases, this tracking number may provide delivery confirmation rather than detailed tracking.
What is the double drawn range?
Our double drawn range features thick and voluptuous hair from top to bottom, unlike natural ends that may be thinner towards the bottom.
My Jesstensions aren't the right color and I haven't opened the main part of the package. How do I return or exchange?
If you'd like to return them for an exchange or refund, you can do so as long as the security seal is intact and the items haven't been opened or worn. Please contact us before sending your Jesstensions back for full instructions and address details.
Make sure to write "RETURN - NO DUTIES" on the outside of the package with a marker to avoid customs delays. Include your order number inside the package. We recommend against using UPS, as they can charge high rates; instead, feel free to use CANADA Post is BEST or USPS for regular shipping in the USA,  Sending it back with a tracking number is a must, as we cannot be responsible for lost or untracked returns or exchanges.
Note: Returns or exchanges for Jesstensions Professional Styling Tools and Hair are only accepted if the item was purchased at full price. Items bought with a promotion or discount code are not eligible for return or exchange.

Yes! Placing an order will reserve a set for you, and as soon as we have them back in stock, we’ll send your Jesstensions right away!

How long does my hair need to be to wear Jesstensions?
We recommend a minimum length of 6 inches, but if you think you can make it work, feel free to give it a try! :)
Can my Jesstensions be dyed?
Our extensions are 100% human hair that have already undergone a dyeing process. While they can accept color, we suggest consulting a professional colorist. Dyeing may shorten the lifespan of your Jesstensions and could potentially cause damage if not done properly. We also advise against lightening or using any bleaching agents.
We do not recommend dyeing our Balayage or Ombre sets, as they have been processed multiple times and don’t take dye well. If you choose to dye your Jesstensions, it’s at your own risk.
Can I use styling tools on my Jesstensions?
Yes, you can! We always recommend using a heat protectant spray. Some users wash them first to remove the vitamin-enriched coating.
Can I wash my Jesstensions?
Absolutely! Just avoid shampoos with sulfates and use hydrating conditioners. Leave-in conditioners and heat protectants will help prolong the lifespan of your Jesstensions.
How often should I wash my Jesstensions?
ONLY wash your Jesstensions when they truly need it! Since they aren’t attached to your scalp, they don’t receive the natural oils that our hair does, so you won’t need to wash them as often as your own hair.
How long do Jesstensions typically last?
The lifespan of Jesstensions is typically between 3 to 6 months, depending on usage and care.
My Jesstensions are shedding; what should I do?
Some shedding is normal within the first couple of wears, just like your own hair! If you believe your Jesstensions are shedding excessively, please contact us.
What does it mean when an item is on back order?
Popular items may sell out quickly and be temporarily back ordered. This means they are currently out of stock, but shipments are on their way to replenish our inventory. Ordering an item that is back ordered ensures you will be first in line for new stock, and the item will be sent to you as soon as we receive it!
Backordered items will automatically ship as soon as they arrive. You will receive a shipment confirmation email (with a tracking number) once your backordered items have shipped. There’s no need to contact customer support or follow up; we will handle it for you! We’ll do our best to estimate when backordered items are expected to ship, and we’ll post this information on our website while updating all customers who have ordered backordered items.
What is the difference between the wrap & clip ponytails?
Our wrap ponytail provides a more natural way to achieve great length and volume! Simply put your natural hair into a ponytail, place the bobby pin anchor at the top, and wrap the strand of hair around until it Velcros together. Some users also prefer to use bobby pins for extra security.
Our clip ponytail is better for higher ponies. Start with a ponytail, tie it again with the hair tie attached to the clip, and then use the claw clip to secure the ponytail to your natural hair.
Should I wash my clip-ins before wearing?
All consumer clip-ins and professional extensions come with a vitamin seal that acts as a protective layer. It’s essential to wash your clip-ins before wearing them, and stylists must wash them before installing them on a guest.
Washing the extensions removes the vitamin seal, and some color may wash off, which is normal and does not impact the quality or longevity of the extensions. Most color bleeding occurs during the initial wash, especially for darker shades.
Always wash extensions with a gentle sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner to protect them. We recommend Jesstensions Moisture Restore shampoo and conditioner for the best results.
